Lianne Thompson, CEP, BA

For more than 25 years, Lianne led and motivated large and small teams responsible for numerous portfolios, encouraging and facilitating excellence in service and deliverables to customers, clients and internal teams. 

In 2008, Lianne took the opportunity to shift her focus to organizational excellence and quality initiatives. This work involved championing process improvement, customer service excellence, innovation, employee wellness and facilitating communication and sharing of related best practices.

Lianne’s passion for process management and employee engagement resulted in the launch of The Excellence Factor to assist companies and teams with elements that are critical for companies wanting to continually improve.

Lianne holds both her Process Management certification and Certified Excellence Professional® (CEP) designation from Excellence Canada.
